Job Description
  • -Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) through the workstation/interface.
  • -Monitor HVAC, electrical, lighting, pumps, fire alarm integration, and other connected building systems.
  • -Monitor system parameters, equipment status, alarms, and notifications.
  • -Respond promptly to BMS alarms and system faults.
  • -Troubleshoot alarms, errors, and sensor faults.
  • -Escalate equipment faults and technical issues to the concerned maintenance team.
  • -Monitor system performance to support efficient and reliable operation.
  • -Observe temperature, pressure, humidity, and other relevant parameters.
  • -Conduct routine checks of BMS screens, graphics, trends, and equipment status.
