Job Description
  • -Operate and manage the CAFM system for facility management operations.
  • -Create, monitor, and update service requests and work orders.
  • -Support planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
  • -Maintain accurate asset records, maintenance history, and facility data.
  • -Monitor maintenance workflows and ensure timely closure of work orders.
  • -Prepare system reports and maintenance-related documentation.
  • -Coordinate with FM, MEP teams, technicians, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • -Update and manage information in the Yardi software system.
  • -Monitor service requests and helpdesk operations.
  • -Ensure CAFM data and maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
