We are looking for Hotel Housekeepers to join a hotel/facilities team in Latvia. The role involves maintaining clean, hygienic and well-presented hotel premises, guest rooms and shared areas. Candidates should be physically fit, responsible and comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks, including work on ladders and balconies.

-Clean hotel premises and other assigned facilities manually or using cleaning equipment.Wash and wax floors. -Clean windows, window frames and windowsills. -Polish and clean furniture. -Clean sanitary facilities and other premises according to hygiene requirements. -Replenish personal hygiene supplies in toilets and bathrooms. -Clean shared and public toilets. -Make beds and change bed linen and towels. -Empty waste bins. -Perform work at height, including on ladders and balconies. -Follow basic hospitality and guest-interaction principles. -Follow occupational safety, health and workplace hygiene requirements applicable in Latvia. -Plan and coordinate daily work according to instructions from the supervisor. -Prepare cleaning equipment, chemicals and cleaning agents before work. -Return cleaning equipment and materials to the storeroom after use.

-Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant housekeeping/cleaning role. -Physical endurance and ability to perform repetitive tasks. -Ability to work at height, on ladders and balconies. -Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. -Attention to detail. -Responsibility and punctuality. -Willingness to learn and improve work skills.
