Job Description
  • -Install air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment as required.
  • -Conduct site surveys and inspections.
  • -Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
  • -Work on BMS, HVAC and CWorks systems for planned and unplanned jobs.
  • -Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems.
  • -Maintain A/C, AHU/FCU, freezers, mist lines, fridges, chillers and related equipment.
  • -Coordinate with AC Technician Grade-1 for installation and troubleshooting activities.
  • -Schedule and conduct HVAC preventive maintenance.
  • -Analyze equipment failures and identify their causes.
  • -Perform necessary adjustments and repairs.
  • -Check chiller, air-handling units and chilled-water systems.
  • -Carry out routine cleaning of coils and AHU filters.
  • -Attend maintenance requests and coordinate with engineers regarding AC failures.
  • -Overhaul chillers, refrigeration equipment and systems.
