Job Requirement

Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in inspecting, repairing, modifying, and installing HVAC systems.

Strong knowledge of diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.

Experience conducting regular preventive maintenance inspections and servicing HVAC equipment.

Ability to document service activities, adjustments, and repairs accurately in log sheet reports.

Familiarity with various HVAC components including compressors, motors, thermostats, and duct systems.

Understanding of safety standards and best practices in HVAC maintenance and repair.

Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team.
