Job Requirement

Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.

3 to 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS), preferably in a mall or large commercial facility.

Strong knowledge of BMS operations and control systems integration.

Hands-on experience in monitoring and ensuring functionality of equipment connected to BMS such as:

Chillers, Primary & Secondary Pumps, AHUs, FCUs

Toilet Exhaust Fans, Pressurization & Smoke Fans, Fresh Air Fans

Main Distribution Panels (MDP), Submersible & Water Pumps

Precision Air Conditioning Units (PACU), Lighting Panels, Elevators

Automatic Doors, Basement Exhaust Systems, etc.

Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment malfunctions connected to BMS.

Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical systems, and safety protocols.

Proficiency in BMS software and system reporting tools.

Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Willingness to work in shifts or on-call duty as required.
