• Perform welding, grinding, and fabrication tasks according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards during all operations.
• Maintain equipment and tools in optimal condition to support production targets.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency in the workshop.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, electrical, or heavy engineering industries.
• ITI / Diploma / Technical Certificate or equivalent qualification in the relevant trade.
• Proficient in assembly, welding, grinding, and machine operation.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
